Managing your clients app settings

Within your uniquefit client app your client has access to a wide range of features, some of which you may or may not want to show.

By default, all of your client settings will mirror your Global Settings within the Settings page, you can however update individual client settings to show or hide some of the features within your client’s app.

Timezone

If you provide remote training you may have a client in a different timezone than yourself, setting your client’s timezone will ensure that their push notifications are sent in accordance with their local time.

Settings

The Settings area gives you control over what is displayed within your client’s app, all ticked features are displayed within the app. The ‘Global Settings‘ page gives all of your clients access to all ticked features, if you would like individual clients to have their own settings, which overrides the ‘Global Settings‘, simply select your client from the ‘Clients‘ page and click on their ‘Settings‘ tab. Make your changes for the individual client and at the top of the Settings area enable ‘Overwrite global settings‘. If in the future you would like the individual client to have the same settings as your ‘Global Settings‘, simply disable the ‘Overwrite global settings‘.

On Demand Content & Nutrition

From the top of the settings area you can enable or disable a range of options. Disabling (unticking) the ‘On Demand Content’ will hide all of your Programs and workouts from your clients, meaning that you must assign Programs and Workouts to individual clients. When the ‘On Demand Content’ is disabled, your staff/s profile information will be displayed.

Nutrition

The nutrition area enables you to show or hide nutritional content data within your clients app. The ‘Delete client food photos’ is an option you may wish to enable to manage the number of photos stored within your storage quota. Deleting ‘old’ images will keep your storage quota down and reduce any additional storage requirements.

Messaging

To ensure you stay updated with crucial discussions, you have the option to activate private messaging for any client who has connected via the uniquefit app or your own custom branded app. The Message Inbox is structured in a manner to Facebook messenger, allowing real-time chatting between your clients app and your uniquefit coaching app.

To do’s

To do’s are a great way to motivate and build habits amongst your clients.

Documents

Assign documents to individual clients, groups of clients or all clients. Provide access to bespoke video, pdf, or image content.

Progress Photos

As with your clients food journal you can automatically manage any old photos that your clients may upload. If left unticked, all photos will remain accessible.

Metric Tracking

As clients track and record their workout progress each exercise metric is collected to provide a history overview of how they are progressing, enabling ‘Metric Tracking’ allows clients access to this data from their progress history and from within their workouts.

Calendar

Whether you’re providing face-2-face training or online progress calls, you may wish to show your availability and take bookings via the uniquefit client app or your custom branded app. All of the staff that have enabled their calendars within the staff page will be available to show within the app. If you would like to show all of your staff/coaches calendars simply tick the ‘Show all staff calendars’, if you only wish to show a selected staff member then select their name from the dropdown box. Note: If a staff members name is not visible within the dropdown, enter the staff page, select the staff member and ‘enable appointments’.

Notifications to Coaches

Using the uniquefit coaching app, you can keep your finger on the pulse with realtime push notifications, from clients starting their workouts, to hitting personal bests, and a whole lot more. Each coach will only receive push notifications on their own clients.
