How to track your client’s progress metrics

Both you and your client can keep an eye on individual client metrics to monitor progression.

Trackable metrics are available for:

Accessing Metrics via the uniquefit client app

Steps

If your client has connected the uniquefit client app with either Google Fit or Apple Health, their daily and weekly steps will be shown on the uniquefit client apps home screen.

Body Metrics

Clients can keep an eye on their metrics by clicking the 3 dots in the base menu of the client app and selecting My Progress. All Body Metrics (weight and body measurements) are shown as graphs. Clicking the view more link within a graph will show the option to view the past month, 2 months and 1-year progression.

Below the Body Metrics, clients can access their recorded exercise metrics by selecting Exercise Metrics and then selecting their desired exercise. As with Body Metrics, each chart has a view more option to view the past month, 2 months and 1-year progression.

Accessing Metrics through the Progress Data page

You can view all of your client’s progress data via your dashboard, simply select your client and click on their ‘Progress Data‘ page.

Your client’s steps and progress to their target weight is shown at the top of the screen.

Below this you have access to your clients ‘Body Metrics‘ and ‘Exercise Metrics
