Tracking your client’s gifts and awards

We all know how good it feels to achieve something, and the icing on the cake is a nice shiny reward 🙂

Stars

Creating and Editing your Gifts and Awards allows you to set how many stars are needed to release a gift, the Awards area shows the number of stars 🤩 your client is currently working towards to get their gift.

Clients can earn Stars with every workout they complete, and you can set the total number of stars needed to unlock your gifts. When a client unlocks and claims a gift you are notified via push notification to your coaching app (see Create and Edit Gifts and Awards for more information). Your clients ‘earned’ Stars are recorded in the Star’s Earned area.

Gifts are a great way to promote your brand and enhance brand loyalty!

Personal Best

As clients progress with their workouts and record a personal best they are automatically rewarded with a digital badge award. You can create your own digital awards within the Library area, for more information check out the Create and Edit Gifts and Awards page.

Body Weight

Just like the Personal Best awards, Body Weight awards are automatically applied to a client’s account as they reach milestones set by you within the Library area, for more information check out the Create and Edit Gifts and Awards page.
