Create and Edit Gifts and Awards

How to upload and automate branded gifts and awards.

The art of Giving

Gifts and Awards are a great way to reward your clients as they progress through their wellness journey. Once you’ve created your gift or award, they will be automatically assigned to your clients as they meet with your requirements.

To get started click on the Library tab in the left-side menu, then click on the Awards tab.

Awards

At the top of the page is a list of all of your awards, you can add additional gifts and awards at the base of the page by entering a title and uploading an image. Check out our Image Guide for help on creating the perfect image, all awards images should be width: 250px, height: 250px.

Awarding Awards

To automatically reward an award you need to set up some basic parameters. Within the Weight section, you can automatically award clients as they meet with these parameters. To add a new parameter click on the red plus button. Select your award from the drop-down menu and then select to either award the award when the client has lost or gained a set weight, then add the text you want to display with your award… don’t forget to hit the ‘Save’ button.

Stars

Within each workout, you can add any number of stars that are earned when the client completes their workouts. As clients complete more workouts they collect more stars. The Stars section gives you the ability to award gifts for their loyalty and hard work.

Gifts are normally physical objects, such as a branded hoodie, drinking bottle etc.

Hot Tip: If you’re giving away clothing make sure to collect client measurements by adding a task to your to-do’s list within the client area.

Click the red plus button to create your first gift.

Adding a Gift

To add additional gifts simply click on the red plus button.

Select the total number of stars the client needs to claim their gift.

Set if the total number of stars is from joining (registration date), or from being awarded their last gift.

Give a short description of your gift, this could also include delivery/collection instrutions.

To show your gift within the clients app you must enable Enable giveaway.

Upload a square photo of your giveaway (see our Image Guide for help on sizing images) and click ‘Save’.

Your clients can track their progress towards their next gift through the client app, and you will be notified via email as soon as a client claims their gift.

Person Best

You can automatically award digital awards to clients who are progressing with their training. These awards can be given for lifting more weight than last time, or for completing more reps than last time. The awards for Personal Best are awarded each time a client records a progress against the same exercise when completing a workout.
