How to manage and track client progress

Editing Client Information
When your client registers their account they provide basic details to access the uniquefit client app. Once logged into the client app they can then provide additional information to help build a picture of where they are today in regards to where they want to be in the future, as well as nutritional and motivational information. You have access to this information via the Client Profile page, and by clicking the pencil icon you can edit and update information where you see fit.
Sending a push notification to an individual client
There may be times outside of your chatroom when you want to reach out to an individual client, to do this simply click the red bell icon and enter your message. Clicking send will instantly send the notification to your client’s phone. Clients can view and manage their push notifications by logging into the uniquefit client app and clicking on the bell icon in the top right of their home page.
Limitation/Injury
Keeping a track of key health data will help you to formulate workouts that work for your clients. To update key health information simply click on the pencil icon and update as necessary.
Notes
The notes area allows you to write notes about individual clients to help you to understand what motivates them to do better. Notes are not shared with your clients.
Progress Log
A client’s progress log shows all activities undertaken by the client through the client app. This is a log of everything that your client has been doing within the app.
Assigned Documents
When a document (PDF, image, or video) has been assigned to a client from the Library it will be displayed within the Assigned Documents area. Removing an assigned document within this area will only remove it from the selected client’s account.
Groups
You may be running a range of well-being activities such as strength training, body transformations, callisthenics, etc. Creating and assigning clients to groups enables you to send messages to the selected group.
To create a new group simply click on ‘Groups +’ to give your group a name. Once a group has been created you can add your client to the group by selecting the group from the dropdown menu and clicking the update button.
Group Notifications
To send a notification to a specific group simply select the group from the send to group dropdown and enter your message. Clicking send will send the message to all clients that have been assigned to the group.
