Assigning Programs
First up, what is a Program!? Well, a program is a collection of workouts over a number of days, weeks or even months. A program will have its own purpose, for example, 12-week body transformation, learning to handstand in 14 days, 5 miles in 5 weeks… well you get the picture 😀
Programs are created in the Products page using the uniquefit Program Builder.
Once you have created a Program you can assign it by selecting the Program and clicking the ‘Assign Program’ icon, or you can assign it from the Assign Programs area within an individual clients page, or by using the clients ‘Schedule‘ calendar.
From the ‘Assign Programs’ area Simply click on the green plus button and select the Program you wish to assign, then select the date you want the program to start on. Your Program will then run from that date onwards. You can assign multiple Programs to start on the end date of the previous Program. Alternatively, you can use the clients ‘Schedule’ and assign your Programs using the calendar, which allows you to then drag and drop workouts to different days.
If your client misses a workout or simply can not do their workout on the assigned day, they can alter their schedule from the schedule link on the home screen of their client app. Clients can only move workouts for the selected week of the workout, they can not move a workout past the end date of the Program… only you can do this using the clients ‘Schedule’ calendar within the dashboard.
Assigning Workouts
In the same way as assigning a Program, you also have the option to assign individual workouts.
Workouts are created in the Products page using the uniquefit Workout Builder.
In the same way as Programs, Workouts can be added to a client’s schedule by clicking on the Workout and clicking on the clicking the ‘Assign Workout’ icon, or you can assign it from the Assign Workout area within an individual clients page, or by using the clients ‘Schedule’ calendar.
As with Programs, if your client misses a workout or simply can not do their workout on the assigned day, they can alter their schedule from the schedule link on the home page of their client app. Clients can only move workouts for the selected week of the workout… only you can move workouts to a different week using the clients ‘Schedule’ calendar within the dashboard.

Completed Programs
The ‘Completed Programs’ area lists the most recent programs completed, clicking the ‘View All’ link shows a complete history of all the programs the selected client has completed.
Workout rating and feedback
When clients complete a workout they are provided with the option to provide feedback to help you to understand how they found their workout. The feedback they provide also gives a Star rating so that you have a quick visual reference on how your workouts are performing.

The feedback and Star ratings are as follows:
Too easy = 1 Star
Not that challenging = 2 Stars
I couldn’t complete this workout = 3 Stars
I think I had a little more in the tank = 4 Stars
I just about made it = 5 Stars
Connect
Completing a workout is one part of the jigsaw in our wellness journey, for everyday health, we all know the importance of movement. To help you understand your client’s daily movements you can ask your clients to connect their uniquefit client app to either Google Fit or Apple Health to monitor and track their daily steps.
When your client logs into the uniquefit client app they can make the connection to Google Fit or Apple Health by clicking on the three dots in the base menu, from here they just need to scroll down the page to the connect option. Clicking on the connect option will give them the option to connect their device.
You can use the Connect area within the client page to send a prompt to your client if they have not already connected their account.
The Connect area will know the type of device that your client is using, if your client has not connected their account the corresponding button will ready ‘Ask to Connect’, clicking the button will send a push notification to your client.
