Managing your coaches and staff

Inside the ‘Staff‘ page, you have the ability to generate profiles for all your team members. Staff members can include anyone who assists you in the operation and management of your business. You can allocate permissions to each staff members to provide or restrict access to areas of your Admin panel.

Coaches Background Video
You also have the option to add a YouTube or Vimeo background to your coaches bio. Your video maybe an introductory video, with you introducing yourself, or it could be a video of you showing your awesome Studio or Gym 😎 To add your video simply paste your video link into the ‘Video Url’ box. For information on accessing the correct link for your YouTube or Vimeo video click here.

When creating a staff member, you also have the option to decide whether to display that staff member within your client app. For example, if you’re the owner of a gym and want a designated a staff member to handle your app content and reports without appearing in the app, you can simply deactivate the ‘Show Staff Member’ setting for this individual. Alternatively, for all other staff members, like your coaches, you would enable this feature to have them visible within your app.
Enabling the ‘Auto Assign New Clients’ will ensure that all new clients that register with you are automatically assigned to a specific staff member/coach. This is a great way to manage your onboarding process to ensure all new clients are welcomed accordingly.
Staff Permissions
Toggling the individual staff permissions allows you to control what each staff member has access to.
Access All Areas: Provides complete access to you Admin panel
Lead Coach: Provides access to all but the custom branding page and your ‘owners’ information in the settings page
Coach: Provides access to view clients, manage and assign content, with access to the Engage and Insights page.

Booking Calendar
Calendly or TidyCal
If you’re providing face-2-face appointments or provide your online clients with the option to book a call or zoom meeting, you have the option to ‘Enable Appointments‘. When enabled, coaches can then add an Appointment title, such as ‘Book a call’ and add their Calendly or TidyCal url link to provide access to their calendars. If you’re managing more than 1 coach each coach can have multiple calendars.

You also have the option to create multiple booking calendars within your client App. The uniquefit booking system provides you with complete control over your bookings, including automated reminders, automated cancellation policies, pricing, and membership access control.
