Managing your coaches and staff

Inside the ‘Staff‘ page, you have the ability to generate profiles for all your team members. These individuals can include anyone who assists you in the operation and management of your business. You have the flexibility to allocate specific permissions to each staff member, ranging from granting full access to your dashboard to limiting access to just viewing and assigning content.

When establishing a staff member, you also have the option to decide whether to display that staff member within your client app. For instance, if you’re the owner of a gym and want a designated staff member to handle your app content and reports without appearing in the app, you can simply deactivate the ‘Show Staff Member’ setting for this individual. Alternatively, for all other staff members, like your coaches, you would enable this feature to have them visible within your app.

Coaches Background Video

You also have the option to add a YouTube or Vimeo background to your coaches bio. Your video maybe an introductory video, with you introducing yourself, or it could be a video of you showing your awesome abilities 😎 To add your video simply paste your video link to the ‘Video Url’ box. Booking Calendar

If you’re providing face-2-face appointments or provide your online clients with the option to book a call or zoom meeting, you have the option to ‘Enable Appointments‘. When enabled, coaches can then add an Appointment title, such as ‘Book a call’ and add their Calendly or TidyCal url link to provide access to their calendars. If you’re managing more than 1 coach each coach can have multiple calendars.
