Adding, accessing and notifying individual clients

The client page provides access to all of your individual client’s in one place.
You can filter the number of clients visible by clicking the ‘Newest Clients’ button, which gives you the option to view clients that have been updated in the last 7, 14, 30-days or all clients.
Searching for a Client
Use the search box at the top of the page to search for individual clients. You can also click the dots to the left of the Newest Clients title to order your clients by registration date, or you can click the view all clients link to view all of your clients at once.
Register a New Client
It’s really easy to add a new client, you can either send them an invite link or you can manually add a client.
Invite link
Your invite link is a quick and easy way for you to invite new clients. Simply copy the invite link and send it to your clients via text or any other communication channel. Once received your clients will be invited to enter their basic profile details.
Following registration, clients will be presented with a new page with your logo and a link to download and install the uniquefit client app.
Manually add a client
You can also manually add a new client by clicking on the green plus button and entering the client’s details. When manually adding a client you will need to assign them a password, which the client can change via their profile page within the uniquefit client app. Once a client has been added they will need to download the uniquefit client app and sign in using the details that you have entered.
Your clients can then complete all of their profile details, including uploading their profile photo, via the client App. Or you can add these details via the clients page within your Admin Panel.
Sending a Push Notification from the Client Page
From the Client page, you can also send push notifications to all of your clients or selected individuals. When you send a push notification the notification will immediately show on your client’s mobile phone. Your clients can then log into the uniquefit client app to manage and view all notifications by clicking on the bell icon at the top of the home screen.
Failed Payment Collections
If you have connected your uniquefit account with a payment provider such as Stripe, you will be notified of any membership payment collection issues. Payments that fail to collect can be for any number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, lost or stolen card etc.
When a payment fails to collect you will be notified via email, all failed payments will automatically attempt to re-collect the failed payment for 6 consecutive days before the client’s membership is removed on the 7th day. During these 6 days, you also have the option to retry a payment collection via the Client Profile page under the Payments tab.
You can also send a generic push notification to all Failed Payment Collections by using the red bell button, or you can access the individual client to send an individual push notification.
Today’s Birthdays
Keep on top of your client’s birthdays in the Today’s Birthday area, which shows all your clients who have birthdays today! You can use the red bell button to send a push notification to all clients with birthdays today, or you can select the individual clients to send a more personalised message.
